The First Stop – Temple People
The two ravens who stand at the helm with le Enchanteur, those stoic birds who fly out each day and return with clear directions, report that the Vulcania will soon enter the harbor of the Island of the Temple People.
The Island of the Temple People is a part of the Lemurian Archipelago and can only be reached under the steerage of le Enchanteur on the SS Vulcania. This island is the first port that the Vulcania visits.

Le Enchanteur
by Heather Blakey
On the Island of the Temple People there is a still, deep pond. It is in the mountain tops and is believed to be the place where the First People resided. This is the home of the original ones and is the place where it is possible to connect with the ultimate fertility – nature’s ability to produce life spontaneously.
Ships usually arrive in time for the Fertility Rituals which include personally choreographed dances like the one Enchanteur is leading here. The Island of the Temple People appears idyllic and it is a place of healing. Some believe that the elixar of creativity is to be found here. One thing is certain, the Island of the Temple People is a place of great mysery. There are secrets waiting to be unearthed.
Passengers may choose to go no further than the small harbor village or they may venture into the mountains beyond. The call of the Wild Mother echoes through the valleys of this part of Lemuria but be careful of the call of some pipers. They have been known to lead people to places they do not want to go.
Be sure to have your walnut shells with you when you disembark and remember to listen for the sound of the Vulcania calling you back when it is time to embark for the next destination.

At last all the Sisters from Temple Freya are aboard and settling into our cabin. We hope that each of you has enjoyed your time on Temple People and are enjoying participating in the rituals and festivities.
There are five of us aboard; Our Eldest Mother, Sister Dawn, Amaya (our young initiate), Sister Thea and myself, Sister Gemma. Each of us looks forward to meeting and interacting with you as we journey together.
Wishing each of you blessings from the Great Goddess!
Sister Gemma

Passengers who choose to stay on board for long periods often decide to leave their cabins and come on up to P Deck for the Pythian Games.
Some passengers of the Vulcania have responded to the call of the piper and they are travelling overland, on Donkeys. Each night at twelve midnight donkeys wait in the stable behind the Swan and Rose Inn, ready to take newcomers on the increasingly, well todden road most travelled.
Fabulous images both visually and in words.
